Advice for incoming players: Being great isn't linear. Every success story had adversity attached to it. Learn from your mistakes, make corrections, and grow from there. In baseball, school, jobs and life in general, you are going to lose, fail, get knocked down. The response to that is what separates someone from being good to someone being great and special. Keep your chin up and move forward. Never stop working hard in everything you do.
