Tier 1 Elite Baseball was a dream brought to life in 2021 by a group of baseball professionals dedicated to 1 purpose – to create the ultimate baseball experience for 15u-18u baseball players looking to take their training and future to the next level.
At Tier 1 Elite Baseball, we pride ourselves not on what we teach our players, but what our players become – decent, successful, trustworthy, honorable, and upstanding members of our community. To be clear, while we are a family, this isn't "daddy ball". Our paid coaches offer unbiased, equal attention to each of our players. 50% of our players have committed to colleges and more are being scouted or are committing regularly. Our coaches use instruction, not intimidation, and we see our players as people, not paychecks. Simply put, we want to bring travel baseball back to its roots – to help shape a better community.
While our focus is on high-school and college prep, we recognize a rewarding future starts with a solid foundation. To start our younger players off with a strong program, we've proudly partnered with Dirtbags Baseball.
